Helpful answers

Wonderland integrates with all of our tracking devices and sensors. We also support many 3rd party devivces. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have specific needs in this regard.

Yes, Wonderland is free for a limited number of devices on your account. If you exceed that number, we'll ask you to get a yearly subscription (Prototype, Professional or Enterprise), which will allow you to use unlimited devices on our platform.

Yes. Please get in touch with us so we can schedule a call to clarify your needs and provide a formal quote. We'll support you in finding the right device for your application.

We're usually using LoRaWAN to receive data from our the devices over-the-air. Some devices record large amounts of data, which is typically downloaded from an SD card which is built-in to the device.

There are free LoRaWAN networks and servers available (The Things Network, ChirpStack etc.). If you need a professional full-stack solution, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can supply you with all required network components.

That very much depends on the environmental conditions and the device configuration. Typically our devices run for months to years on a primary battery. Solar-powered devices may run many years. In very data-intensive use cases (high-frequency IMU acquisition, high-frequency augmented GPS), runtime can be reduced to weeks.
